Earlier this May, Bright Future, a new team composed of a mix of British and Saudi players and the Maltese phenomenon sxj managed to qualify for the ESL Saudi Challenge #2 – a tournament for Saudi players with a $20,000 prizepool.
In the main competition, Bright Future was quickly dispatched to the lower bracket, and the team had to fight through the entire lower bracket in a great feat of endurance.
Unfortunately, the team was defeated by Al Qadsiah in the Lower Bracket Semi-Final, just one game away from the LAN event in Riyadh.
