Event Overview
With six teams registered this time round, last time’s winners Popeye were the favourites to win the event. Apart from a name change, the team also had a roster change with slotzz__ replacing xANGEL__ and Zelli0n replacing notifyy, who entered the competition with the newly revived team Berserk. As there were six teams, POPEYE and Club Malta both had a bye into the semifinals.

All the matches this time around were a BO3, however, an unforgiving single elimination format meant losing a series would knock the losing team out of the tournament. In the opening matches, a couple of quick 2 – 0 results would see Berserk and 4Swedes1Dutch advance over Bagres Brasil and VEX respectively.
In the semi-finals, 4Swedes1Dutch would push POPEYE the distance, with an overtime win on map one and forcing a crazy quadruple overtime on Nuke before eventually losing the series 2 – 1. Over in semi-final two it was a quieter affair with Berserk triumphing 2 – 0 over Club Malta.
The finals once again required all three maps to determine a winner, but after both teams won their respective map picks 13 – 5, POPEYE took control and eased to a 13 – 6 victory on Ancient, winning the series and the event alongside it!
