SAFE Educational Programme Revealed By Level Academy

Who will be running the programme?

The SAFE Educational Programme will be led by Level Academy, in collaboration with Area Academy. Level Academy is the first established esports educational platform in Malta which has done a variety of courses in the past few months. These courses cover several subjects, which include topics like: Responsible Video Gaming, A Beginner’s Guide to Streaming, Introduction to Video Content Development, and many others.

Area Academy is a Swedish academy which has a similar purpose to Level Academy, but centers on esports with regards to personal development and growth.

What is the main goal of the SAFE Educational Programme?

This program will be focusing on helping young pupils educate themselves about the esports world, while developing new abilities and talents in their preferred games. The main games that will be focused on are: Fortnite, League of Legends, and Rocket League.

What do the lessons consist of?

There are a ton of lessons planned for the SAFE programme, some of them include the following: Self assessment, Planning and Programming, Approaching Communication, Physical Training, as well as Mental Health. If you’re someone that has always wanted to be coached and taught on how to take esports seriously, this is the place to be.

When will the SAFE Educational Programme take place?

The course will kick off on the 1st of February and will go on for 8 weeks, till the 26th of March 2021. Lessons will take place between 4pm and 6pm and will be hosted on the following dates:

Group 1:

• February – 1st, 8th, 15th 22nd
• March – 1st, 8th, 15th 22nd

Group 2:

• February – 2nd, 9th, 16th 23rd
• March – 2nd, 9th, 16th 23rd
