Hido’s return to NORD
Hido originally joined NORD in June 2023, bringing his disciplined playstyle and aggressive laning to the bot lane alongside a talented roster . He departed a few months later but remained a respected figure within the EMEA circuit. Back in July 2023 after continuous dominant performances, he was pronounced as Rookie of the Split, a phenomenal achievement for someone so new to the scene!
In his latest stint in the professional League of Legends space, Caruana made his mark at AEGIS with standout performances that earned respect beyond Malta’s borders. His return to NORD coincides with the organization’s broader roster overhaul aimed at climbing higher in both the NLC and EMEA Masters competitions. Expect to see Hido bring his sharp mechanics and game sense back into the spotlight.

NORD, based in Germany with Scandinavian roots, boasts a lineup featuring EU veterans like:

Hido joins a seasoned group whose recent second‑place showing in the NLC Spring 2025 and playoff run at EMEA Masters make them strong contenders. A bit of background on these players, Vizicsacsi has been an active pro since 2014, and has played for multiple teams, namely: Unicorns of Love, Splyce and BIG. Jankos, one of the most successful junglers Europe’s had to offer needs no introduction, as he is a former MSI champion, and also a Worlds finalist – thanks to his efforts with G2 Esports.
Zwyroo is another player that has been on the rift for quite some time, as he’s played for multiple Spanish-based organisations, and most recently – Team Heretics. NORD’s support, Treatz has also had a very long career, active since 2016 and playing for a handful of teams, mainly; Movistar Riders, TSM, SK Gaming, Immortals and KOI Fénix.
