Led by Thomas “Drxp”, VEX Esports is currently focused on building their identity within Counter-Strike 2, fielding a full roster of talented players. But CS2 is just the beginning. With plans to return to Fortnite, where they’ve already tasted success – and explore Valorant, VEX is aiming to become a familiar name within the gaming space that represents the very best of what Maltese esports has to offer.
The VEX Esports CS2 Roster
With clearly defined roles and a unified goal, VEX’s CS2 team brings a mix of raw skill, leadership, and chemistry to the server:
- Entry Fragger – Drxp
- In-Game Leader (IGL) – Daon
- Rifler – Shreqk
- AWPer – Chron
- Support – Freestyle

The Journey So Far
VEX Esports made their debut at the Esports Plaza CS2 Tournament in Sliema, facing off against local rivals. However, due to last-minute changes and a lack of a finalized roster, they had to rely on substitute players and ultimately suffered a 2-0 defeat to Berserk.
