Valid Unit Rainbow Six Roster – Who did they pick up?
One of their players, Azuuroo, had already been representing Valid Unit in the previous year with another roster. His performance and skill set made him a necessity for Valid, and he’s looking forward to helping the newcomers follow in his footsteps.
With regards to the rest of the roster, Valid have acquired the players that formerly represented Deep Army, a French-based organisation which was heavily involved with Rainbow Six. Together, this squad has placed 1st at the DNLS Cup in 2018, and 2nd places in both the DNLS Cup 2019, and Everest League in 2020.
What about Valid’s previous R6 events?
Valid Unit’s previous roster wasn’t bad either, as they managed to win out in 2 main events, and place well in another. Valid won the DNLS Cup, and the WeedyChampionship in 2020, and placed 3rd at the Everest League of last year. Definitely solid results coming out of their ex-roster.
Valid Unit has always been one of the Maltese organizations at the forefront when it comes to international competition. And quite frankly, they’re the only organization that has a Rainbow Six team in its possession. Unfortunately, despite a healthy community with the casual players, the Rainbow Six scene locally never took off in terms of competition. Leading to Valid Unit resorting to players outside of Malta, which is not necessarily a bad thing. On the contrary, this helps Valid Unit get recognition from other countries, especially by participating in international leagues.Â
This Rainbow Six team definitely has a lot going for them, and whilst this 2021 season may be their toughest yet, we believe that they’ve got what it takes to bring the local organization to high places!
