Format
The tournament format will follow a very standard procedure. All participants will be competing against each other in an arena Solos/Trios format custom lobby. Both tournaments will feature 4 rounds of play, meaning that all 4 game scores will be counted towards the final result.
Prizes for Level Academy’s upcoming Fortnite events
The prizes for both tournaments are going to be trophies and medals. Here below is a full list of the prizes being given to participants:
- 🥇- Team Trophy (+ Medals for Trios)
- 🥈- 2nd Place Medals
- 🥉- 3rd Place Medals
Schedule & Stream
With regards to scheduling, the first event that will take place is the Fortnite Solos tournament. It will be hosted tonight by Forecast Panda and it’s going to play out between 6pm-9pm approximately. Then, we have tomorrow’s Trios Fortnite tournament, which is going to run between 6pm-9pm as well. All the rounds will stream over on the Level Academy Twitch channel, so be sure to join in if you’re interested in watching!
How to participate
It’s not too late to register for Level Academy’s upcoming Fortnite tournaments, so make sure you do before time is up! Links for Solo Tournament, and for Trios Tournament. It is also advised to read the tournament rules before you register.
Local teams and organisations Valid Unit, Mystic, Elite Gaming as well as Project Eversio have already registered for the event.
Level Academy have hosted a variety of events since the year started. This was mainly because they wanted to raise more interest for their Student Advancement Framework for Esports program, which is set to kickoff early February.
