Team Tragedy Unveil Rebrand and Jersey – Origins
Despite not having a specific meaning to the team, this new logo shows a more professional side of the organisation. They stated that the previous logo they had was simple, and now that the team has grown a substantial amount, they’ve opted to change to a look that fits them best.
Esports Malta has reached out to one of Team Tragedy’s founders for more insight on the move
Now that you’re becoming one of the most recognized local teams in Malta, did you feel it was necessary to get team jerseys?
Yes upon our recent growth, we thought that the next step would be designing and producing the team jerseys. The main reason for this is that if later on throughout the year we get LAN events, we’d like for our players to be able to represent us with the jerseys.
Do you reckon this will help motivate the players playing for your team?
Definitely, with the jerseys our players know that we mean business. We want to stand out, unlike some other teams which are only temporary or casual. We are here to stay and to excel.
What’s next for Team Tragedy?
We have quite a few things planned for the team, but I cannot say what they are just yet.
Any final thoughts on the Rebrand?
We decided to work with a very talented graphic designer for a reason. To showcase our team on a more professional level, and we are very happy with the outcome.
