TyKy’s Warzone Trios – Round Briefing

Round 1

Ther first round featured a final circle landing on the police department next to the Atlas SuperStore. Here, CG and his crew cleaned up the entirety of the lobby, ending the game with a total of 27 kills, and on top of that, a win (41 points).

Round 2

Mcnmatt blew everyone’s mind in the 2nd game as he took on 3 different teams in an attempt to grab the Warzone victory. A MAC-10 and 2 stun grenades were the only items in possession, and that’s all he needed to make the magic happen. Here’s how he pulled it off:

Round 3

After a short technical delay caused by a Warzone bug fix update, the 3rd round took place. In this round, Diabol played strategically around the gas to take the win with a total of 18 kills. Here’s a short clip of the winning moment:

Round 4

In this round we saw the Hamrun Spartans taking on The Real Trios in one final battle at the bottom of the Novi Grazna Hills area. The Real Trios tried to pull off some crazy helicopter technique, but the Spartans weren’t fooled one bit. They took them down seamlessly, and grabbed their 2nd win of the tournament.

Round 5

The final game of TyKy’s Warzone Trios consisted of a hectic battle in the shack north-west of the hospital. Here, Team RIP slowly crept up to the shack to disable Diabol’s team. Thanks to SteveLooper’s stun grenades and Riot shield, they were able to pull it off. Little did they know, however, that The Real Trios were just behind them. Ishmael and the rest cleared them easily, and went on to win their 2nd game.

Unfortunately, Desert and his trio were unable to replicate Desert’s success in the prior Solo Warzone tournament. Diabol came just short of 23 points from 1st, and The Real Trios were crowned as champions once again. Loads of storylines and rivalries are being created in the local Warzone scene, and we just can’t wait to get a whole lot more.
